Can I purchase Tickets at the door?
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Black tie, fantasy or Carnevale themed is strongly encouraged. Casual attire is not permitted. Masks are mandatory in the ballroom between 9-11 PM.
Doors open at 7pm for Dinner Guests, 8:45pm for General Admission. There are three 20-minute Company XIV performances scheduled at 10pm, 11pm and 12am, and a variety of cabaret acts taking place between the main sets, both on and off stage. The event ends at 1 AM.
What time do doors open? When is the show?
This is a nightlife event with a dance floor and no assigned seating. Only Group Ticket, Balcony and Valentine ticket holders have reserved tables near the stage. All other tables are available to GA on a first come basis. However, there will be plenty of seating available throughout the venue to accommodate guests that desire a seat.
Is there assigned seating with general admission or standing only?
Dinner is served in the banquet hall of the venue between 7-9pm. After dinner, guests will proceed to the main ballroom for the evening's entertainment. Dinner guests will have a chance to pick their seats 15 minutes before GA is admitted into the ballroom at 9pm.
Do dinner guests keep their seats throughout the evening?
Pre-ordered drink tickets will be handed to guests in a sealed envelope on check in. Please redeem with a bartender or waiter.
I have pre-purchased drink tickets with my admission. How do I receive my tickets?
Yes, coat check will be available at the venue at a fee of $2 per item.

Valet parking is available at a flat rate of $20 on a first-come basis.
No. Dinner must be reserved in advance, and it will not be possible to upgrade to reserve a table or dinner, as dinner and group tables are sold out.
