DRESS CODE: Victorian, Edwardian, Renaissance, Baroque, Paganistic, Carnevale - or formal evening attire.

Red (blood/sacrifice) and green (life/nature) are the colors of this festival. Decorate your hair with budding twigs, flowers, willow catkins, sprouting bulbs, horns and antlers. Honor various spring deities with their blossoms: Narcisus and Hyacinth, the red anemone for Adonis, violets for Attis, roses an lillies, &c.

As the Vernal Equinox is also an important day of the faerie kingdom, in which the faeries move their kingdom to a different location in the world, costumes inspired by fairies, birds, beasts, and beings of myth is also encouraged.
