Sultry screen sirens and studio moguls converge for a glitzy New Years gala! Tomorrow's starlets and leading men throng to the Montauk Club and celebrate the coming year with requisite abandon! Red carpet fashion reports and big band bombast! Don't miss it!

Dances of Vice resident musicmakers GRANDPA MUSSELMAN & HIS SYNCOPATORS play the hottest classic swing, big band, cabaret songs, and dance music of the 1930s and 40s in the grandiose Montauk Club ballroom (featuring a spacious hardwood dance floor for all you hoofers)! Also featuring amazing magic shows by the "charming trickster" NELSON LUGO, bellydancer JENIVIVA, musician LUCAS LANTHIER, burlesque artist VERUCA HONEYSCOTCH of The Peach Tartes, and surprise artists to be announced!

Dances of Vice New Years Eve Party 2009

NOTE: To ensure there is ample space for dancing, only 250 tickets will be available. Early ticket reservations are recommended. All Ages.

The two-floor Montauk Club boasts a full bar on both floors and lounge space with ample table seating. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres will be served all night. Live music from 9PM to 1AM.

MUSIC: Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller, Django Reinhardt, Lionel Hampton, Paul Whiteman, Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Cab Calloway, Ella Fitzgerald, Artie Shaw, Raymond Scott, etc...

DRESS CODE: 1920s, '30s, '40s, and '50s vintage glamour. Dress as your favorite Hollywood film starlet or heart-throb, lounge diva, sophisticate, paparazzi, or big-shot! Formal evening attire requested, no casual attire.

DIRECTIONS: Take the 2 or 3 to Grand Army Plaza, or the B or Q to 7th Ave (Bklyn).
